An Evening With John Denver (1975)

This video is another example of a preservation project. I was able to correct the aspect ratio, clear up the color a bit and smooth out the audio. This one is particularly close to my heart as this 1975 ABC network program aired on stations I helped put on the air in my home state of Idaho. KIVI-TV Boise had been on the air about one year with this broadcast. We also operated the ABC affiliate in Pocatello, KPVI-TV. John Denver had the talent and personality made for television. Affable with a writing and singing talent that made him unique. He was widely admired particularly in the West.
