Quinoa Pulao Ingredient Quantity Quinoa Boiled 1½ cup Ghee 1 tbsp Cinnamon stick 1 inch Bay leaf 2 no. Ginger chopped 1 tbsp Green chilli chopped 2-3 no. Cumin seeds 1 tsp Onion chopped 1 no. Carrot cut into small cubes 1 no. Green peas ¼ cup French beans diamond cut 2-3 no. Cauliflower cut into florets ¼ cup Tomato cut into cube size 2 no. Salt to taste Coriander powder 1 tbsp Red chili powder ½ tsp Garam masala powder 1 tsp Water 1 cup Lemon juice ½ no. Fresh coriander sprigs for garnishing Method: 1. Heat ghee in a non-stick wok. Add cinnamon stick, bay leaf, ginger chopped, green chilli chopped and cumin seeds, mix well and sauté till fragrant. 2. Add chopped onion, mix well and sauté for 2-3 min. 3. Add carrot, french beans, and green peas, mix well and sauté for 2 min. 4. Add tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder, mix well and sauté for 1 min. 5. Add cauliflower florets, mix well and sauté for 2-3 min. 6. Add water, mix well and cook for 3-4 min. 7. Spread boiled quinoa all over the vegetable. 8. Add lemon juice on top and cover and cook for 3-4 min. 9. After 3-4 min. remove the cover and mix well. 10. Remove the pulao in serving dish, cool it in room temperature than pack in Tiffin and serve.
