WORKOUT DETAILS Workout Time: 15 mins Equipment: One heavy kettlebell Goal: Leg Strength, Hypertrophy, & Endurance 5 Exercises: 1. Kettlebell Swing 2. Goblet Squat 3. Alternating Reverse Lunge 4. Kettlebell Deadlift 5. Alternating Lateral Lunge 30 seconds work 30 seconds rest 3 Rounds This is a full length workout, so all you have to do is throw it on your phone, tablet or TV and follow along. You’ll be shown all of the kettlebell leg exercises before the set starts so you know exactly what’s coming. Super smooth and simple, but the workout is tough! You’ve been warned!
