E46 316i Turbo.

Update: I sold this car. If throttle pedal is fully pressed, it goes for about 2 seconds nicely, then it will accelerate as wave(dont know other way to describe it :D) I said it wrong, not boost cuts off but feels like fuel. And when engine is cold, it moves nicely, no fuel cut. I have turbo capped to about with springs that help to open valve, without springs it would go to before opens the valve. When i press throttle about 10-20% it also moves nicely, no fuel cut. Fuel Pressure regulator is also attached to intake manifold, i have tried to put it before turbo, but it didnt create any vacuum, so put it back. FPR says 3Bar on it if that helps somehow.
