I am using my mini-bands for several of the glute exercises but if you don't have mini-bands you can just use gravity and get a few more reps in. We will be on the mat for the entire workout so grab your mat, sweat towel, drink and of course your great attitude! 1. Bridge Pulse (Band) 2/3. SL Bridge - R/L 4/5. Donkey Kick (Band) - R/L 6/7. Fire Hydrant (Band) - R/L 8. Bear Step Out to Plank 9/10. Plank to Side Plank Dip - R/L 11. Ankle Tap 12.
