Niger Coup d'etat as a Step towards World Revolution sparks from Periphery.

There are three developments at the level of regimes in the world: the BRICS group, progressive regimes in Latin America, and a group of progressive regimes in Africa, especially after the coup in Niger. There is also the presence of three revolutionary forces, even if at a simple level of strength: the revolutionary forces in China, in the countries of the center, and in the countries of the periphery. Our question here is how the two triads can interact together to create a new world order. We are talking here about these two triads in light of the socialist world economic system theory/theorizing which was established by the great late pioneers: Samir Amin, Andre Gunder Frank, Geovani Arrighi, and Immanuel Wallerstein.
