Biosphere 2 Ocean from the Bubble

The University of Arizona’s Biosphere 2 facility is home to an ’ocean’ which is unique given its relative isolation for several decades. Together with U of A researchers and multiple partners, we are nurturing the development of an ’Aquanautics Program’ to merge marine science interests with advances in diving technology and improved human intervention techniques. Here, we test dived a ’Presenter Suite’’ designed for underwater science communications and outreach.
