ASTM A192 Boiler Tubes are seamless carbon steel tubes used in high-pressure boilers, super heaters, and heat exchangers. SA 192 Boiler Tubes are widely used in various industries, including power generation, chemical processing & petroleum refining. ASTM A192 / ASME SA192 Flattening Test: One flattening test shall be made on specimens from each end of two tubes selected from each lot or fraction thereof. ASTM A192 / ASME SA192 Flaring Test: One flaring test shall be made on specie- men from each end of two tubes selected from each lot or fraction thereof. These tubes shall be selected apart from those used for the flattening test. Inspection and Test: Chemical Composition Inspection, Mechanical Properties Test(Tensile Strength,Yield Strength, Elongation, Flaring, Flattening, Bending, Hardness, Impact Test), Surface and Dimension Test,No-destructive Test, Hydros
