With Norwegian Cruise Line’s latest reveals of Norwegian Prima, we’ve gotten a glimpse into the amazing thrills, places to chill and exciting entertainment lineup of this all-new ship design. Norwegian Prima might be smaller than the most recent Breakaway and Breakaway Plus ship classes, but there are big thrills all over this ship. We’ll see the return of go-kart racing with a three-level track featuring a longer straightaway and sharp twists and turns as riders pass through the ship’s funnel reaching speeds up to 50mph at Prima Speedway. After that exhilaration, the Prima Speedway Bar is the spot to cool down with a drink and share experiences with other racers. Continuing the need for speed, head down 10 stories on The Drop, a Free Fall dry slide suspended off the side of the ship and plunging riders into a super-fast G-force frenzy. On the other side, The Rush, a pair of dry slides gives guests the chance to go head-to-head as they race down to the bottom. TeeTime elevates the mini-golf experience with an over the top nine-hole course featuring the glitz of a Vegas backdrop. Fancy a game of darts, The Bull’s Eye, takes the classic game and elevates it with video tracking and an instant replay feature. If virtual gaming is more your thing, the Galaxy Pavilion, offers 14 attractions including four simulator experiences, two escape rooms and TopGolf Swing Suite utilizing state-of the-art tech and challenging virtual courses. Make a big splash at the AquaPark featuring NCL’s first Tidal Wave waterslide, where guests can always catch the perfect wave. Smaller cruisers will have a blast in the Kids AquaPark and lounge by the pool or soak in one of two infinity hot tubs and gets drinks from the Waves Pool Bar on those coveted days at sea. When traveling with kids and & teens, Norwegian Prima offers all of the popular programs with dedicated spaces including Guppies (6 months to 3 years), Splash Academy (3 to 12 years) and Entourage Teen Club (13 to 17 years). Another popular returning hot spot is the Vibe Beach Club. This adult-only oasis with available day and cruise-long passes, features a dedicated bar, two infinity hot tubs and tons of lounging space. Taking entertainment to a new level, Norwegian Prima will feature a 75-minute immersive production of “Summer: The Donna Summer Musical”, where the theater will transform into a full disco and guests will get their groove on to the diva’s hits. From the America’s Got Talent stage, Light Balance combines high-energy acrobatics, and neon light effects for an electrifying performance. Take part in some of your favorite games shows like The Price is Right, Press Your Luck and more as they come to life in the Prima Theater. Sit back and enjoy live performances up-close with classic rock n roll, at Syd Norman’s Pour House or catch the laughs at The Improv at Sea comedy club. It was also announced that from December 2023 through March 2024, Norwegian Prima will sail 7-night voyages to the Western Caribbean from Galveston, Texas. #NorwegianPrima #NorwegianCruiseLine #NewCruiseShips Images & Video courtesy: Norwegian Cruise Line Have Questions about Cruising?
