My old Mobius dashcam originally came with a B type lens and LiPo battery. After work one hot day, I accidentally left it on in the baking car. This is what happens to LiPo batteries in hot climates - the very reason dashcams should only come with capacitors. LiPos will fail eventually regardless of the conditions, and when they do, it will most likely be catastrophic. Like so.
