Apple strudel is delicious any time of day with a cup of coffee. Ingredients 500g flour 1 egg Salt 1/2 tsp bicarbonate Vinegar 3 tbsp vegetable oil 250 g kefir 2 kg apples Cinnamon Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees C, until golden-brown. Leave to cool and dust with icing sugar. Slice and serve with cream.
