Late upload from Chinese New Year 2022 in Chinatown Binondo Manila Philippines =). I believe that parts of this video may also be parts of Sta Cruz Manila as well. Filmed during the early evening, I think most of the festivities/action may have been during the day. Although all activities such as dragons and firecrackers were banned in Manila Chinatown due to pandemic protocols, it did not stop the people from coming and to celebrate Chinese New Year 2022.
