43th opus of the In That Day series. Back in a home setting after recording in coworkings, I had setup my camera (Sony Alpha 99 I've had for 10 years, and a heavy zoom lens I've had for 14 years) standing alone on a feeble box atop a shelf because I have no statif. During the second take (my camera auto turns off video at 30 minutes), the camera lost balance and fell from over 1.5 meter unto the floor. I ghasped in awe to lose my camera in that very instant, but thanks God, it actually fell lens first on the solar shaped filter who cushioned the fall and except for an error that required turn off an on, nothing happened to the camera or lens and it even saved the video thus far.
