Closing your armpits, THIS IS A BASIC JUDO .1. Legs wide, and straight, (not bent legs nor shins up style done in many dojo) 2. Push off toes, or the sides of your feet if you are more flexible) 3. Palms down to palms up, with the draw, and of course, close you armpits tightly, 4. Head down cross wrists sometimes, and draw to head up. (not the opposite of this)
