Among my favorite, nostalgic pieces of DuckTales merchandise were these books that came with cassette tapes you could read along with. The audio featured a gentle-spoken narrator and newly recorded lines from the cartoon's voice actors (aside from Armstrong, who here is voiced by the same guy who replaced Frank Welker as Bigtime Beagle in the “Welcome to Duckburg“ story - I wonder if Welker was also the original voice of Armstrong, and they weren't able to get him for these recordings?), as well as sound effects and surprisingly awesome music, some of which are re-recordings of BGM from the show itself.
