MetaHuman creator is a great tool, but the separation of body and head makes them difficult to use in Marvelous Designer. I'd like to share with you my pipeline for using MetaHuman in Marvelous Designer. By following this method, you'll be able to set low skin offsets and even design headpieces for your custom MetaHuman. Firstly, we will discuss the easiest way to apply Mixamo animation to a MetaHuman. In the next part, I'll show you how to export your MetaHuman and animation sequence, import it into Blender, join the head and body, and animate it. And in the final part, you'll learn how to import a MetaHuman from Marvelous Designer, register and animate it as an avatar, and export clothing animations to Unreal Engine5.
