Is THIS the LOWEST UK railway bridge

After filming the very low Bishton Road Railway Bridge near Newport in Wales, I didn't think you could get any lower than its 5' 6“ () clearance. Then a few people commented saying there was a lower bridge at Coppermill Lane in Walthamstow, London, so I went to take a look.
