When you visit Japan around the new year, you will see traditional culture much more than any other time of a year. Shishimai,meaning lion dance is one of them. Invite happiness and good luck and good harvest. I met Masami Kinoshita who is a leader of Kurashiki Geino Juku which was founded to encourage Tohoku and people where Tsunami hit in with Japanese traditional performance in 2011, sharing their aim.
