Irish Rail ordered a new fleet of Dual Service Locomotives from GMD London. The first unit was famously Flown from London Ontario to Dublin. The rest arrived by Ship at a later date. This is a Video of preparing these units for service at Inchicore Shops in Dublin. February 1995
