Kudos to these heores. Great job by Officers from the Colony Police Department, Texas, at a major collision. Officers arrived  and located a vehicle pinned between two dividing barriers. Officers initially attempted to extinguish the fire, but were unsuccessful as the fire seemed to keep reigniting. Officers were able to get close enough to the vehicle to utilize a metal breaching tool to break a window and pull the driver out of the car. The driver of the vehicle was transported to the hospital for injuries related to the collision. One Officer from The Colony Police Department was transported to the hospital for further evaluation for smoke inhalation, but is expected to be okay. The other officers were all evaluated on scene and released back to duty. Source: Police frequency
