MY CHANNEL 🌺 Hi everyone, today I wanna share with you my moms favorite cake, its not spongy like usual cakes, its have more heavy structure that tastes just delicious with deferent additive like nuts and raisins. Ingredients: Eggs - 4 pcs. Sugar - 300g Sour cream - 200 g Baking powder - 2 tsp. Butter - 200 g Wheat flour - 2 cups (200ml) Nuts (chopped, not a full glass) - 1 cup Raisins (not a full glass) - 1 cup Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp. Frosting: (1 can of condensed milk 200 g butter) on the oven 180-200 degrees. 2. Beat eggs with white sugar. 3. Add soft butter, continue to beat at a lower level 4. Add sour cream and, whisking a little, add flour and soda 5. Divide the resulting dough into three equal parts 6.
