The official video for the track 'Taking Flight' released earlier by Kate Havnevik with Guy Sigsworth. The video is directed by Gotti Sigurdarson, long-time Creative Director for Kate Havnevik. He says of the video: “When I first heard the song, I couldn’t get the image of an 80s teenage movie out of my head. The first thing I put down on paper was in fact: “Imagine Molly Ringwald’s whole film carrier in the 80s - distilled into a stylish and expressive 3 minute dance performance” I was obviously not going to recreate the 80s. But the I wanted the feeling of the typical 80s teen flick, with angst, excitement and heartbreaks.“
