Hankido is a Korean martial art founded by Myung Jae-nam kuksanim. Hankido is build around twelve basic selfdefense techniques which can be applied to a wide arrange of attacks. The techniques rely on three underlying principles, called samdaewolli. The principles are that of circular motion (won), flow (yu) and harmony (hwa).
