@BellyMotions - Hi, it's me, Miss Portia! I'm a belly dance instructor bringing movement, joy, jiggles and wiggles to women all over the planet! If you've got hips, you can dance! In this 45-minute beginner belly dance fitness class we'll thoroughly introduce and breakdown several isolations of the hips and then integrate those movements creating three combinations. You'll really be dancing (and sweating) after this session!
