Note: The location of the events in this film are unknown. Full titles read: “MUSIC WITHOUT TEARS ! - Something new for the youngsters.“ Intertitle reads: “Mr Herman Darewski, the famous Composer, has just invented an ideal way of holding Master John and little Miss Muffet's attention at the piano and here it is -“ L/S of Herman Darewski sitting at grand piano, he finishes playing and turns to face several children sitting on the floor. He asks them - “Come along children and practice.“ After the children refuse, Darewski has to use his powers of persuasion, he shows them a piece of cards with musical notes on. To make it easier for the children to remember all the notes they have all been drawn in the shape of animals (e.g. B = a bee and G = a goose). He then produces a piece of paper that fits over the piano keys with the same animal shapes on so “... now you can't make any mistakes.“ One little girl volunteers to play a song called the 'Blue Bells of Scotland'.
