Iwama city ( ) Japan -The home-town of Aikido-

As far I as understand Iwama is where Ueshiba sensei (the founder of Aikido) put down roots and where Aikido more or less evolved. Countless people in both the east and west study Aikido as result of this man's hard work and insight into the spiritual and martial. This, you see lots of signs of everywhere in Iwama.
