These Turkish Dumplings are called “Manti”, which are all individually filled and sealed by Hand, after cooking they are covered with Yogurt and a very unique Butter and Pepper Sauce and topped with various Spices. There are some machine-made manti, but those made by hand have different tastes simply because of the dough production.
