1. Find his favorite food. 2. Let him follow the food around, then feed. 3. Let him follow your finger. Do this sparingly so that he doesn't get stressed. Do this for several weeks and he'll follow your finger. When he was little, he was more responsive. In the video, he didn't respond all that well after eating his food.
