The following infant vital signs are assessed and demonstrated, along with the normal values for each measurement: -Infant respiratory rate assessment -Infant heart rate assessment -Infant temperature assessment -Infant weight assessment -Infant length assessment -Infant head circumference assessment -Infant chest circumference assessment Assessing newborns / infants can be tricky as a nurse, because they can become fussy or upset very easily.
