Its has been passed on from one generation to the next through oral tradition comprising of stories of love and war. The dialect of this region is a distinctive character of Nurr Sur. Nurr Sur (flute music and throat singing), an important component of Baloch folk music. Nurr Sur is a style of singing which is unique within the Baloch folk music. The way in which the singer express their emotions, feelings, and remembers their historical character and national figures and heroes in their narrative type of songs.
