For 500 years, the people living around the Koh-e-Suleman range have preserved their lives through a unique genre of music. Nurr Sur that has a key place in the cultural heritage of the this region. Its has been passed on from one generation to the next through oral tradition comprising of stories of love and war. The dialect of this region is a distinctive character of Nurr Sur. Nurr Sur (flute music and throat singing), an important component of Baloch folk music. Nurr Sur is a style of singing which is unique within the Baloch folk music. The way in which the singer express their emotions, feelings, and remembers their historical character and national figures and heroes in their narrative type of songs. This is a documentary from the heart of Balochistan, about the Baloch warrior and how his legend is preserved through Nurr Sur.
