James Mainwaring is a saxophonist and composer immersed in jazz and improvised music. Over thirteen years, he’s garnered recognition as an individual artist and a member of Roller Trio. 'The Ache at Breath’s End' was written and performed live at The Glasshouse International Centre for Music as part of the Summer Studios artist residency.
