This HIIT Barre fusion workout begins with upper body barre inspired exercises with light weight, then we will take it down to the mat for some core training and the lastly we will focus on creating slim, lean muscle tone in the legs with a standing series. I love adding this type of training into my routine to keep the body guessing and to work on different muscle groups.
