Long March-3B launches Communication Technology Test Satellite 4

A Long March-3B launch vehicle launched the Communication Technology Test Satellite 4 from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center, Sichuan Province, southwest China, on 17 October 2019, at 15:21 UTC (23:21 local time). According to official sources, the satellite was placed into the planned orbit and will be used for multi-band and high-speed communication technology experiments.
