Bob Keeshan as Captain Kangaroo on Mister Rogers' Neighborhood (Mr. McFeely Interview)

In the early 1970’s, Captain Kangaroo (played by Bob Keeshan) appeared on Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood. Robert Keeshan started his career on commercial television as Clarabell the Clown on Howdy Doody. He brought along puppeteer Gus “Cosmo“ Allegretti to play Mr. Moose & Bunny Rabbit in the Neighborhood of Make Believe. (Edited by Kent Baker)
