Here’s a pec minor release I came up with to help loosen up that pec after chest day aka Monday😄 - To perform this soft-tissue release 1️⃣ Grab a 🎾 or lacrosse ball! 2️⃣ Find a wall or a doorway you can lean against and be able to reach one arm in front of you! 3️⃣ Place the ball on the pec minor and lean into the wall 💥Couple important 🔑 from this point on 4️⃣ Reach your arm down at about a 45-degree angle and feel like you’re reaching and trying to pick something off the ground. This is going to put your shoulder in protraction which is important in this release! 5️⃣ Now your arm is in an excellent position make sure you’re putting enough pressure on the ball. I do this by taking a couple of steps back and leaning in and letting all my weight into the wall. 6️⃣ Now drive your elbow up and back. Imagine someone is behind you and you’re trying to hit them with your elbow😂 -
