The Lords of the Secrets Concert Movie The film of vocalist Homayun Shajarian’s concert “The Lords of the Secrets” directed by celebrated filmmaker Rakhshan Bani-Etemad was unveiled during a ceremony in Tehran. Speaking at the ceremony, Shajarian expressed his hope that the younger generation in Iran can form a strong bond with Iranian traditional music. “We are living a life full of changes and it is difficult for the younger generation to connect with Iranian traditional music”, he said. Purnazeri also said that they have performed a repertoire of the album’s songs in over 50 concerts in Iran and other countries.
