Flood water rushed down the Shishikoh Valley in Chitral, Pakistan on August 4 destroying a bridge and causing devastation along the way. The flood completely submerged the sole road connecting Shishikoh Valley to other areas, severing the land connection, the residents are said to be in great need of relief. The arrival of the monsoon season has sparked floods and landslides across South Asia in the past week.
