Iv’e fallen for those hyped up days before and burned up way more gas and time, even sitting in the car for days by the Blue Lagoon. So I’m not doing that again, it’s way to expensive and dull. But I have been using the few good days we have for filming and added a few samples into this video. I have a bunch of files waiting to be processed now and it’s way better investment then to be sitting in the car, waiting for the eruption to start. There is however quite strong seismic activity going on in the so called Ljósufjöll volcanic system tonight and it could develop into a Sunday update, let’s see how goes but it’s a system that seems to be getting ready to wake up, but we ecpect that process to take quite ling time though. I have already packed my things, ready to drive to the Reykjanes Peninsula (5 hrs) but i will however make a video first, or after the eruption starts,to talk about the big picture, eruption location and how it looks for the future of the town and the Blue Lagoon, if the power plants goes under, so does the Blue Lagoon!
