Dramatic dashcam video shows moment out-of-control truck SMASHES into gas station

An out-of-control truck crashed into a gas station in La Plata, New Mexico, dramatic dashcam video from a car mere feet away shows. The footage was captured by @extrezionx as he approached to fill up at a Speedway, with his understandable shock clearly audible as the truck speeds by right in front of him and smashes into a pump, causing an explosion and bringing the canopy above crashing down. @extrezionx told Storyful he was on a road trip on February 4 from Seattle to Mississippi when the incident occurred. “I gave a statement to the local sheriff, and they needed footage for documentation,” @extrezionx told Storyful. “They also followed up with me stating the woman that I helped pull out of the truck had actually had a seizure,” he said. Storyful has contacted the San Juan County Sheriff’s office for comment. @extrezionx said that the driver escaped with minor injuries.
