Amanda Holden and Ashley Roberts wore Narnia-inspired costumes as they kicked off World Book Day celebrations on Thursday 7 March. The duo’s eye-catching looks took inspiration from C. S. Lewis’ iconic novel The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. Holden turned into the villainous White Witch for her appearance on the Heart Breakfast show, while Roberts chose to dress up as Aslan the lion. Co-host Jamie Theakston went for a slightly different look, arriving as the wardrobe itself by dressing in little more than a single plank of wood.
