Mawa gujiya is a very famous sweet dish, mostly made during time of holi. It is a mixture of khoya, sooji, and dry fruits, which makes it more delicious. Mawa Ghujiya Ingredients quantity Semolina 2tbsp Ghee 2tbsp 2tbsp Almonds chopped 1 tbsp Cashew nuts chopped 1tbsp Raisins 1tbsp Khoya 1 ½ cup Cardamom powder 1tsp Dates 1tbsp Saffron crushed ½ tsp ½ tsp Refined flour 1cup Water as required as required Sugar 1 ½ tbsp 1cup Ghee for frying Saffron syrup for drizzling Pistachio for garnish Method 1. First in pan add ghee, almonds, cashew nuts and saute for a min, then add raisins and saute gain. 2. Now add semolina and saute it, now switch off the gas and add Khoya in it and saute it properly. We don’t have to melt the Khoya, remove in a bowl and keep aside. 3. Now add cardamom powder, dates and saffron crushed and mix it properly. Add this everything when mixture is cool. 4.
