Pork Belly and Cabbage Dumplings Recipe - Ingredients: 18 Rice round wrappers 1/2 Pound Cooked Pork belly filling 1 Cup Pork belly filling frozen stock Water for steaming 4 tbsp Soy sauce 4 tbsp Rice vinegar 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp diced chilis Steps: 1. ““Fill the rice wrppers with the pork belly filling and the frozen stock. 2. Pleat, three ways, as shown, and refrigerate 3. On a non-stick pan add oil and heat to a medium heat. 4. Once the dumplings are seared and brown, add a splash of water and cover the pan until the steam has gone. 5. Turn the pan over a plate and garnish with sesame sauce, scallions and dipping sauce 6.
