Poinsettia Buttercream Flower - Christmas Cupcakes Tutorial

Hi and welcome back to my kitchen. With the festive season fast approaching poinsettia flowers are so popular at Christmas. Poinsettias come in red, pink and a creamy white. In this weeks cake decorating tutorial I'm showing you how to pipe some pretty poinsettia cupcakes using my American Buttercream. I go through what piping tips /nozzles you'll need, but also how you can pipe these cupcakes with no piping tips at all. These buttercream flowers look so lovely on their own or combined with other buttercream flowers. You can also pipe them onto cupcakes or use them on your larger cakes too.
