For further information, videos, and software visit: PianoText turns a Midi-capable piano into a text entry device. You can enter text in any application where you’d normally use the standard Qwerty keyboard. PianoText was designed to exploit the benefits of the piano: more keys, chords, and music! PianoText was developed by the Human-Computer Interaction Group of the Max-Planck Institue for Informatics and the Cluster of Excellence on “Multimodal Computing and Interaction“
