Fresh off his freshman year at University School of Broward County (Florida) 7-foot-1 center Balsa Koprivica, a native of Serbia, starred this summer for Nike Team Florida 15U. Playing alongside friend and fellow U-School classmate, future high major big 6’9 Vernon Carey Jr, Nike Team Florida won the prestigious Nike Peach Jam 15U division national championship in July. Next, they followed it up by winning Big Foot Hoops Las Vegas Classic playing up in the 16U division.
