Subz Keema, also known as Keema Matar, is a popular North Indian dish made with minced and a medley of vegetables. “Subz“ means vegetables, and “Keema“ refers to minced. It's a flavorful and aromatic dish that combines the richness and freshness of the vegetables and a blend of spices. #easyrecipe #subzi #keema #vegrecipe #keema #youtube #vegetable #vegiterian Ingredient Quantity Cauliflower 1 small Green peas ½ cup Carrot 1 no French beans 5 to 6 no Oil 1 tbsp Cumin 1 tsp Chopped garlic 1 ½ tsp Chopped ginger 1 tsp Chopped onions 1 big Chopped tomato 3 no Salt to taste Capsicum small cubes ½ cup Chopped green chilli 2 no Red chilli powder 2 tsp Coriander powder 1 ½ tbsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Water 1 cup Garam masala 1 tsp Coriander chopped 2 tbsp Mint leaves hand full Lemon juice 2 wedges Cream 2 tbsp Cheese grated ½ cup Ghee 1 tsp Mint leaves for garnish Method 1. In a mixer grinder add cauliflower and grind it in to keema consistency, now add green peas and make kheema out of it, now ad carrot and French beans and make kheem out of it. 2. In a pan add oil, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, onions and let it get brown, once its brown add tomato, salt, capsicum and mix it well. Cook it for 3 to 4 mins. Now add prepared keema mixture and cook. After cooking 4 to 5 minutes add chopped green chillies , red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes. Add water, garam masala, chopped coriander, mint leaves and mix it well. Now add lemon juice and mix it well. Add cream and mix it well. Now add grated cheese and again mix it well. Remove it in a serving bowl. Top it up with some ghee, garnish with some mint leaves and serve hot.
