This is a tool-assisted speedrun. For more information, see TAS originally published on 2022-10-02 Marble Madness is an arcade game where you roll a marble down or up a tall structure to the finish line while avoiding obstacles and falling off the structure itself. The Genesis version, however, is not directly comparable to the original arcade version. In addition to having much worse audio quality, the rules on where (and what) the marble can go (and do) are relaxed, allowing for many shortcuts not possible on the NES. adelikat ( ) improves on SprintGod ( )'s previous ( ) version by 4 frames with a new trick for crossing the finish line in the first level. While it looks like there's 17 second difference between the two runs, the previous one has input for the high score screen while this one doesn't as it was considered unnecessary.
