#Chickenstroganoff is an indulgent meal that oozes pampering with every bite. #ChickenStroganoff #recipe #youtube Ingredients Quantity For Gherkins:- Vinegar 1 cup Cucumber 1 no. For blanching:- Water as required Salt to taste Broccoli florets 1 no. For Parsley rice:- Butter 1 tbsp Oil 1 tsp Boiled rice 1 ½ cup Salt to taste Parsley chopped ½ cup sprig for garnish Mixed herbs ½ tsp For White sauce:- Butter 1 tsp Refined flour 1 tsp Milk 1 cup For Marinating Chicken:- Chicken breast cut into slices 200 gm Salt to taste Black pepper crushed a pinch Red wine vinegar 2-3 tbsp Soy sauce 1 tsp Refined flour 1 tbsp For grilling:- Oil 1 tbsp Marinated chicken Mushroom slice 5-6 no Water to deglaze ¼ cup For Accompaniment:- Oil 1 tbsp Garlic chopped 1 tsp Green Zucchini slices ½ no Yellow Zucchini slices ½ no Salt to taste Black pepper crushed a pinch Mixed herbs ½ tsp Chilli flakes ½ tsp Broccoli florets blanched For chicken stroganoff:- Oil 1 tsp Butter 1 ½ tbsp Green capsicum julienne 1 no Onion slices 1 no Grilled chicken & mushroom Prepared white sauce Salt to taste Black pepper crushed ½ tsp Mustard paste 1 tsp Mixed herbs ½ tsp Fresh cream ½ cup Grated cheese for garnish Chilli flakes for garnish Method:- For Gherkin:- 1. Cut cumber into half and make a slit and soak it into vinegar. For Blanching:- 2. Cut the broccoli into florets. 3. Take a pan add water, salt and bring a boil. 4. Now add broccoli florets and blanch for 1 min. 5. Transfer the blanched broccoli florets into chilled water and keep it aside. For Parsley Rice:- 6. Heat up a pan add butter, oil, boiled rice, salt, chopped parsley, mixed herbs mix well and saute for 1 min. 7. Now transfer parsley rice in bowl and keep aside for further use. For White sauce:- 8. Take another pan and add butter, refined flour and make a roux. 9. Then add milk and boil until it thickens up. 10. Further transfer the prepared white sauce in a bowl and keep aside. For Marinating Chicken:- 11. Take a chicken breast and cut into strips. 12. Then a take plate add chicken pieces, salt, Black pepper crushed, red wine vinegar, soya sauce mix it well. 13. Then add refined flour and mix it again. For grilling:- 14. Heat up a grill pan and add oil, marinated chicken and saute for few mins. 15. Now add sliced mushrooms in a pan mix well and saute for mins. 16. Then remove it in a plate and keep aside for further use. 17. Add water in a same pan and deglaze it and keep aside. For Accompaniment:- 18. Take a pan add oil and chopped garlic mix well and saute. 19. Add green and yellow zucchini, salt, black pepper crush, mixed herbs, chilli flakes and blanched broccoli. Toss it well and remove in a plate. For chicken stroganoff:- 20. In a pan add oil, butter, green capsicum julienne and sliced onion. Sauté it well. 21. Cut the soaked cucumber slices and keep it in the vinegar. 22. Add the grilled chicken and mushroom in it. 23. Add prepared white sauce and mix it well. 24. Further add salt, black pepper crushed, mustard paste, mixed herbs and fresh cream. Mix it well. 25. Chicken stroganoff is ready! Serve with parsley rice and veggies. 26. Garnish with gherkins, grated cheese chilli flakes and serve hot!
