XS650 wont start kicks back and has backfire

XS650 , wont back, backfires, sometimes runs ups for two seconds but stops yimmediately .Rebuild Engine Top End (Checked Cam to Crankshat. It`s correct fitted). Carbs, cleaned and rebuild wirh new needles, jet`s and seal`s . Blue Boyer installed. Open Port` set to the advance Mark.
