Grab your suspension trainer, and a mat for this 45 minute total body strength focused workout. Every exercise is performed for 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, we will have 15 seconds to recover and transition into the next exercise. Watch me during the recovery. We will have a longer recovery when we need to change the strap length. We begin with a quick body weight warm-up before getting into our TRX exercises.
